Dill Pickle Gin & Tonic

  • 2 oz. navy-strength gin
  • 1/2 oz. Grillo's Italian Dill Chips pickle brine
  • 3 oz. tonic water
  • Grillo's Italian Dill Chips, for garnish
  1. Fill a chilled glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add 2 oz. of gin, 3 oz. of tonic water, and ½ oz. of Grillo’s Italian Dill Chips pickle brine. Stir well.
  3. Garnish with Grillo’s Italian Dill Chip and lemon, add fresh dill from Grillo’s Italian Dill Chip pickle brine, serve & enjoy!
