Deviled Egg Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 15 Small - Medium Size Red Potatoes (any kind will work)
- 3 Eggs
- 15 Grillo's Dill Pickle Chips
- 1/4 Cup of Avocado Mayo
- 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons of Grillo's Pickle Brine
- 2 Tablespoons of Mustard
- Salt + Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and cube potatoes
- Simmer potaotes in water until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes
- Boil Eggs, peel and slice
- Chop Pickles into small pieces
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, gently stir till combined without mashing
